1. Service-Based Refund Policy

  • Refunds are only issued if the service has not been initiated or delivered as per the agreed scope of work.
  • No refund will be provided once a significant portion of work has been completed and delivered.
  • Partial refunds may be issued at the discretion of management, depending on the percentage of work completed and the reasons for dissatisfaction.

2. Non-Refundable Scenarios

  • If the client fails to respond or delays communication, which affects the timeline, the service is still considered consumed.
  • Refunds are not applicable for services marked as delivered or accepted by the client.
  • Custom and third-party services (e.g., domain, hosting, paid ads) are non-refundable once procured.

3. Refund Request Process

  • To request a refund, email us at support@adzuipts.com with your full name, project ID, invoice number, and reason for refund.
  • All requests will be reviewed within 5-7 working days.

4. Dispute Resolution

  • We encourage clients to communicate any concerns with our team before initiating disputes through banks or payment gateways.
  • Filing chargebacks without contacting us will void eligibility for future service engagements.

5. Refund Timeline

  • Approved refunds are processed within 7-10 working days from the approval date.
  • The refund will be issued to the original payment method only.

6. Modification of This Policy

  • AdZuipts reserves the right to revise this policy at any time.
  • Updates will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date.
